Following Phase 3, Step 1 state guidelines, we are limited to 50 people attending any event outside. Ticket sales start Sept 19th until sold out. All tickets for these performances will be sold online – attendees must present their pre-purchased tickets on their phones or with printout, also we will have a printout of all ticket-holders. All ‘seating’ will be on the lawns facing the building. Social distancing will be required, with visitors setting up their beach chairs and/or picnic blankets no less than 6 feet away from other attendees.
We will open our gates at noon for early arrivals — not before. There are two entrances with greeters checking for tickets and mask compliance. Once you show them your printed ticket or email confirmation on your phone, you can proceed to the various marked areas.
The music will not start before 1PM, please try to arrive in advance.
SEATING You are welcome to bring blankets for lounging on or low-back beach chairs (recommended for grassy area). There is a flat parking area ideal for taller chairs. The hill provides good vantage points. There will be about 4 or five picnic tables for family groups.
Picnic food items and BYOB allowed but please note that we are not providing trash pickup or containers, so all trash & items you bring in must be transported out by you to your vehicle. Bug spray might be helpful. Please leave your canine pets at home, no dogs at this event.
MASKS will be required – please wear when walking from your car to the lawns — and if you leave the lawn to go to the bathrooms located in the Water Works building.
‘Seating’ is a first come, first sit basis — if you want to sit closer to the stage, you might need to come on the early side. Recommended group party size is 5 or less.
Weather and Cancellations: Rain Date is Sunday September 27th.
We look forward to seeing you, but…if you are not feeling well or you’ve been in contact with someone that recently tested positive for COVID-19, we trust you will stay home until you are well!
